Help for the Snap Plants iOS app.
Operator: True Family. Identify · Diagnose · Care · Trade. Snap Plants is an independent collector tool. It is not affiliated with any nursery, brand, or trademark owner.
Include your iOS version, the app version from Settings → About, and what you were doing.
How to sign in
Sign in with Apple. A trade username is required to post. Facebook is optional.
Free and Snap Plants Pro
Free includes unlimited collection, catalog browsing, and browsing trades and events. Free also includes 25 plant identifications and care lookups per calendar month, 1 trade listing, interest on 1 other listing, and 20 messages on each of those two threads.
Snap Plants Pro is $14.99 per year or $1.99 per month, billed by Apple. Pro includes unlimited identification and lookups, unlimited listings, interests, and chat, multi-model identify, and posting plant events plus event chat.
Dollar and shipping fields on a trade are notes. The app does not take payment for plants.
Trades and chat
Use Report and Block on a listing or chat. Read the community rules on the Terms of Use page.
Delete your account
Settings → Delete Account. This cannot be undone. Email admin@snapcollectibles.com if you cannot open the app.
Identification
Identification sends a photo to the identification service only after you agree. Manual add does not send a photo. Identification is educational and is not professional botanical advice. Confirm identity and toxicity before ingesting a plant or placing it near pets.
Location
The app does not use device location.
What this app is
This is not an official brand app. It does not sell plants or process trade payments.
